Bluff Cove - February 2018 A Waterfall on Will Creek, Towns Co., GA Southern Nantahala Wilderness Area |

The steep gorge of Will Creek in Bluff Cove is a continuous series of waterfalls and cascades for over 200 feet of elevation change. It is choked with deadfall due to all the dead conifers, a continuing tragedy in the southern Appalachians. I knew the full sun would make for absolutely crappy lighting conditions, and it certainly did. (Note - this area is not within Maney Cove, but it's nearby enough to include with the other albums of Maney explorations...) |
