May 28, 2021:
After a prescribed burn on April 19, I stopped by the Seep on May 11 to monitor the plants. The Sarracenia plants were just coming up in bud, so I re-visited here in late May.

July, 2021:
I brought a couple of botanist friends over to see the site.
There was a large patch of Horned Bladderwort in flower
We noticed that something had been chewing holes in the Pitchers
Mostly at the base of the pitchers, but also further up...
This web made us wonder if it was Exyra - Pitcherplant moths...
I reported the damage to both the NC and GA TNC folks
But no one was quite sure what was causing the damage...
Many Pitcher plants were affected...

Spindleroot (Ludwigia hirtella)
When this plant loses its flower petals, the red sepals are as pretty as the flower!
