This day's effort consisted of removal of invasive non-native species, and mapping of other populations for future eradication. There were still some fall wildflowers blooming at the bog. |

On our way in to the bog, we had noticed many Spiranthes blooming along the roadside. There were hundreds, if not several thousand... |

These were in fresher condition than the ones in the bog. |

Lots of Curtis's Milkwort (Polygala curtissii) was growing among the Spiranthes. |
