1 - Falls on Pounding Mill Creek, Rabun Co.
I visited this waterfall after checking out some potential bog sites for a GPCA Northeastern Region action item. It was a mess getting down there, with recent deadfall directly in front of the waterfall, as well as the usual thick rhododendron. I spent about 20 minutes cleaning for a clear shot.

Sheldon and I passed by this small waterfall while looking for an old homesite, after exploring an old mine tunnel in the upper Chostoe area.

It doesn't show well from this angle, but the ice formation on the end of the log over the falls looked like a skull.

3 - Branch Falls, Union Co.
Just above an old homesite on a tributary of the Left Fork of the Nottely River, the creek falls through this narrow channel in the rock.

A series of five waterfalls, joined by several cascades.

This was the best view that I could capture of all the falls here. One can barely catch a small glimpse of the upper falls at the top of the image./strong>

Lower-Middle falls I couldn't get a decent photo of the lower drop, due to the heavy water flow and steep slope above the water.
