I've never seen this waterfall with much flow, but the moss-covered cliff makes for a pretty spot. |

~ Falls on Reed Creek, Rabun Co. ~ Four hours into a wicked bushwhack up Reed Creek, we reached the lower falls. We were less than 1/4 mile from our objective (Reed Creek Falls) but were concerned about getting out of the creek gorge before dark, so we made the tough decision to turn around. We reluctantly concurred with Mark Morrison's comment in his book on Waterfalls of GA, AL & TN that "this is perhaps the most difficult waterfall to reach in this book". |
